Official 2005 LMES calendar — 1000 km d’Istanbul
The LMES organisation announced the programme for this years LMES races. The brand new circuit of Istambul has been added to the list. This does mean that it clashes with the ALMS schedule. The final ALMS race, Laguna Seca, will be held on October 14-16. Today, after confirmation of this 5th race the entry forms have been sent to the possible competitors.
- 1-2 April Test Officiel / Official Testing Paul Ricard (F)
- 16-17 April 1000 km de Spa (B)
- 9-10 July 1000 km de Monza (I)
- 12-13 August 1000 km de Silverstone (GB)
- 3-4 September 1000 km du Nürburgring (D)
- 15-16 October* 1000 km of Istanbul (TR)*
* Subject to the FIA World Council approval
