Provisional LMES test day entry list — Istanbul postponed

Today the Le Mans Endurance Series organization released an early list of contenders attending the official LMES test day held in the weekend of 2 April in South France. In total 14 teams will ship their cars to the track of Paul Ricard to prepare for the first race in Belgium mid Arpil.

Istanbul moved to November
Also, for unknown reasons the date for the fifth round has been postponed. The Istanbul 1000km race will now take place on 4-6 November 2005.

TV Coverage
The LMES press officer also informed us that they have just reached an agreement with Eurosport International. The Pan European Sport Network will broadcast a 13 minute dedicated LMES highlights programme on the Tuesday evenings after each race. Also a 3 minute ’news edit’ will be broadcasted in the “Motorsports Weekend” Magazine on the sunday evenings after each race.
