GLPK plans 2006 Corvette C6 campaign
Toine Hezemans has explained that it was looking likely that the GLPK Carsport combination would continue in 2006, with the same driver line-up of Mike Hezemans, Anthony Kumpen and Bert Longin - but with the new Corvette C6 car.

“Following talks over the weekend, this is the most probable scenario,” Toine said. “It is an excellent team, with a good atmosphere, and we have to be able to aim for the top. The car should be very competitive.” The trio claimed two wins in 2005 with the C5, at Imola and Zhuhai. Moreover, Kumpen and Longin will race the C5 in the Belcar series, giving them plenty of time behind the wheel.
