Speedy Garage to run Spyker in LMS

With just under two months to go to the Le Mans Series official test at Paul Ricard Planetlemans can now confirm the addition of a new Spyker C8 Spyder GT2R entry to the championship. Next to the Spyker Squadron factory car the Swiss Speedy Racing Team will enter a Spyker in the 2007 Le Mans Series season.
The team will be racing in the colours of official Spyker dealer for Switzerland, Speedy Garage in Lausanne. The new car, which is currently being prepared at the Spyker factory in Zeewolde, Holland, will be a closed version and will be tested at Valencia in two weeks time. Several drivers will be testing at the Spanish track for Speedy Racing and the team will be joined at the track by the Spyker Squadron team as both teams are finalising their 2007 driver lineups.

At this moment no drivers are signed yet for the Swiss team, but the team aims to enter the Le Mans Series with three drivers. At this point there are no plans to race at Le Mans.
