Belcar: Kox at the start with a Lamborghini Gallardo

This morning, free practise was held for the Belcar Midsummer Race at the Zolder Circuit in Belgium. We saw a big surprise at the start of this practise; Peter Kox driving out of the pitlane in a Lamborghini Gallardo GT3. Kox will take part in the fourth round of the Belcar Championship, together with dutchman Marius Ritskes.
Team ACS Racing provided this Gallardo GT3, as a guest car in this Midsummer Race. The Gallardo will be a very competitive car in this championship and therefor we are looking forward to it’s qualifying.
During free practise, the track was still very damp, due to the rain this night. But times got quicker as the track became dryer. For the race this afternoon, it is very difficult to predict the correct set up, because the weather will be quite a gamble.
At 11.00 the first timed practise will take place, with a second one starting at 13.05. After both qualifying session we can prepare ourselfs for 125 minutes of spectaculair racing as the lights turn green at 14.50.
