It’s one o’clock here in Belgium. Marcel Fässler is still in the Carsport Holland Corvette C6-R. This car has now completed 217 laps and is in the lead. The three cars behind Fässler are all Maserati MC12s. The first non-Maserati is the PK Carsport Corvette C5-R in fifth overall, followed by the Alphand Corvette C6-R
01:00- Two GT3 cars are now inside the top 20. The Sport Garage Ferrari 430 (174) and Muehlner Motorsport Porsche 997 (124) are 19th and 20th. Despite its crash in the early stages of the race the nr 12 Maserati is currently 16th overall.
01:01- Maxime Soulet has just clocked the fastest time for the nr 18 Corvette of the race. A 2:20.549…
01:06- The nr 63 Scuderia Ecosse and nr 51 AF Corse Motorola cars have made pitstop.
01:09- Soulet is feeling pretty well in the Corvette. He has once more improved his best lap time. This time it is a 2:20.517. The second placed G3 car of Muehlner Motorsport has gone into the pit, dropping out of the overall top 20.
01:10- Guess what…Soulet goes round the track in 2:20.086, before getting into the pit.
01:24- Yellow flag in turns 7-8!!
01:27- It is apparently the nr 74 Ebimotors Porsche that caused the yellow flags.
01:30- As Fässler is visiting the pit lane again Pier Guidi has once again taken the lead of the race. Gollin will go out to do his night stint.
01:33- The current standings - GT1: 11-5-2, GT2: 97 - 51 - 76, G2: 103 - 106 - 105, G3: 174-124-160, CdR: 201-215
01:35- Pier Guidi in for another pit stop, Carsport Holland back into the lead.
01:41- Both Vitaphone Racing Team MC12s have made their pitstop simultaneously. Third placed GT3 team IMSA Performance Matmut also in for their stop.
01:47- Another yellow flag. This time there has been an incident at La Source. The Coupe du Roi nr 201B JMB Racing entry has spun.
02:05- Gollin is constantly lapping times around 2:18 while the others are doing laptimes over 2:20. He keeps increasing his lead.
02:07- Classification after 245 completed laps - GT1: 5-1,1-1 GT2: 97 - 51 - 52, G2: 103 - 106 - 105, G3: 174-124-160, CdR: 201-215
02:10- Easy race nr 70 is getting the ’Mechanical Flag’. The rear lights are not working.
02:16- The GT2 leader, BMS Scuderia Italia, is in for a pit stop.
02:21- The Easy Race Ferrari is finally in after it was given the mechanical flag over 10 minutes ago.
02:32- Yellow flag in turn 11. The nr 23 Aston Martin Racing BMS is in the graveltrap. Jamie Davies behind the wheel of the car. The incident follows just after the leaders have made their pitstop.
02:44- The Playteam Maserati into the pit. Down the order, in twenty-third place, the 100% Dutch Lamborghini is still doing its laps. What a disappointing race so far for Bleekemolen, Kox and Menten.
02:48- Eric van de Poele is in the pit.
02:53- And the nr 2 Vitaphone Maserati also in the pit for a regular stop.
02:55- Sport Garage nr 174 has spun and rejoined
02:57- The 23 BMS Aston Martin is out of the gravel?
