Into the sixth hour of the race now. Mollekens still leads overall, while Collard has a 1 lap lead over Case in GT2. In lap 122, Van de Poele set the fastest lap time until now, 2.16,543.
21:05- Screens gone into Eau Rouge view again.
21:10- Enge has a good pace. Fast first sector time of 23.7
21:13- Night procedure started, lights are on.
21:15- Aucott lost the door of his Maserati in Turn 11
21:16- Mollekens in, litlle work on the car. Soon back on track again.
21:17- Mollekens back in the race
21:19- Aucott has entered the pitlane. Time for a change of doors.
21:21- Patrick Long sets a 2.24,305 in the Matmut Porsche. De Simone in for a stop.
21:27- Ramos just back on track from his regular stop.
21:30- Montanari picks up the pace immediately and sets a festest sector 2 time.
21:37- Gavin in the pitlane, Hezemans, Lechner and Bertolini 1,2 and 3. Collard still leading GT2 with Bruni and Busnelli 1 and 2 laps behind. Porsche - Ferrari - Porsche…
21:42- Problems for Busnelli in the 74 Ebimotors Porsche. Slow on track and now in. Collard still leading GT2 after his stop.
21:43- Carsport Holland now second because of their stop. Lechner in the lead. Busnelli still in and now fifth in GT2.
21:45- Deletraz went into the #5 Corvette, team is now third overall.
21:48- Lamy sets the fastest time until now, a 2.16,452
21:49- Car 116, the Signa Viper, back in again because of oil pressure problems. Maassen also in the pit with the Tech 9 Porsche, at the sime time as Kirkaldy.
21:50- Johnny Kane in trouble, Safety Car out. Neutralization of the race.
21:53- Screen shows images of the number 62 Ferrari trashed by Kane
21:57- Johnny Kane to the medical centre for a routine check, nothing serious.
Correction: Kane was not driving at the moment…it was Tomas Enge who was in the car. He’s okay. (Thanks to Graham Goodwin/Dailysportscar for pointing this out)
