The Lavaggi LS1 engaged last year at 1000km of Monza, Nürburgring and Spa by the Monegasque team bearing the same name, will be racing again this year in selected races of “Le Mans Series” championship. Scuderia Lavaggi, being not present in the season entry list of LMS 2008 championship, arose great astonishment among media and motorsports fans; therefore we wish to confirm that, same as last year, we will be certainly present at the 1000 Km of Nürburgring and Spa.

Tomáš Enge’s main programme in the 2008 season includes an engagement with the British Modena team at the Le Mans Series. The Czech pilot will race alongside his Spanish colleague, Antonio Garcia, who last year raced primarily with Christian Fittipaldi. An unfortunate incident towards the end of the 2007 season saw a fire consume the LMP2 Pescarolo of kruse Motorsports.
