Stéphane Sarrazin managed to get Peugeot on top of the time sheets at Sebring after the second test session at the Florida circuit. A 1:43.302 lap time meant that the French team dealt the first blow in preparation for Saturday’s race, 0.48 seconds quicker than Marco Werner’s Audi on second position overall.

In LMP2 no change from the morning session for Penske’s number 7 with Timo Bernhard (1.45.147) ahead of Andretti Green’s Acura (1.45.866) but Dyson’s number 16 managed a 3rd best in the afternoon session clocking 1.45.975.

Predictably Corvette kept their morning GT1 1-2 in the afternoon with a marginal improvement for the number 3 car in the afternoon while in GT2 the top 3 was Risi’s 62, Flying Lizard 45 and Tafel’s 71 all within half a second.

  2. Great battles in P1, P2 and GT2. Looks like this year will be a titanic race.
