It is Sunday now, so only sixteen hours to go. The two Vitaphone Maserati MC12s have not had any problems and are in the lead. Simonsen is in third place, but far back. In GT2 Collard has just gone to the lead after the BMS Scuderia Ferrari made a pit stop. Mühlner Motorsport still leads G3.

00:00- Daoudi has gotten in the JMB Maserati, he has lost two places though as the PK Saleen and Phoenix Corvette have passed.

00:08- Let’s focus on G3. Basseng leads the race, ahead of Campbell in the 121 Exagon Engineering and Heylen in the Prospeed Porsche.

00:12- Porsche 59 of Trackspeed Racing has spun and rejoined at turn 9. Possible debris at that turn.

00:14- Prospeed 60 abandons at T16 to be delivered at parc ferme at the end of the race

00:17- Sugden is in the pit

00:18- Again both leaders in GT1 and 2 class have a pit stop at the same time, Collard and Van de Poele.

00:24- Sugden is still in the pit, now 16th. GT1 cars on 5th, 6th and 7th spot all 7 laps behind leader.

00:28- Rain starting to come down at turn 18 and 19.

00:33- Campbell (G3) is in the pitlane. He is currently 17th overall, half a lap behind G3 leader Basseng. Car goes back in the race again with Barde behind the wheel.

00:35- The drizzle is back all around the track again. Lammers, Longin, Salo and Bell have a pitstop. Lammers gave his seat away to Kox who is back on track.

00:38- Several pitstops in G3 and G2. In the meanwhile, Hemroulle replaced Basseng. He now has two GT2 cars in the gap between him and the second placed AS Events Ferrari of Ange Barde.

00:41- Pierguidi spun at turn 2 and soon rejoined the track.

00:42- identical situation for the number 174 Ferrari in turn 14.

00:43- Babini has a pitstop.

00:45- Something we missed earlier on: the IMSA Porsche has already been back on track for half an hour or so.

00:46- Simonsen in the box, just like Daoudi and Longin. Longing had a coming together with some GT2 car and has damage at the rear. Car is back on track with Kumpen.

00:50- Still there is a clear split between GT1 and GT2: first seven GT2

00:55- Few minutes ago, the number 62 Ecosse Ferrari went into the armco, but it soon rejoined.

00:57- Rain is not really increasing, it is still a light drizzle. Now there is a yellow flag in turn 3. There is a 19 seconds gap between #1 and 2 Maserati (in 1st and 2nd position).

00:58- 2nd safety car. Reason unknown yet.

00:59- Reason of the Safety Car is the 182 car of Patrick Chaillet, which had an off at Raidillion.

01:04- Camathias uses the Safety Car situation to make a pitstop. same for number 2 in GT2, Collard.

01:08- Green flag!

01:10- Camathias is still in the GT2 lead after his pitstop.

01:14- The Chaillet car abandons the track at turn 5.

01:22- Drivethrough Penalty for Long, and….Yellow flag again; Rob Bell spins and hits the armco.

01:23- Green flag!

01:27- Drivethrough Penalty for the Ecosse Ferrari #62

01:29- Peter Kox is having a pitstop

01:37- Planetlemans editors saying hello to the CorvetteMotorSport.com chatters…for all of them that are still awake.

01:39- Simonsen has just made a pit stop. The CR Scuderia is still in the pit.

01:40- Yellow flags at turn 14. The JMB Racing Maserati has come to a halt.

01:42- Juniper Racing off into the gravel at turn seven. But it has rejoined.

01:44- Sector two has been given clear again. The JMB Racing Maserati has rejoined.

01:45- And there could be gravel on the track at turn 14. Can anyone give the marshalls a flashlight so that they can confirm this?

01:46- Sarrazin in and out of the pit lane.

01:50- Turner in and out of the pit lane.

01:52- Race leader in trouble. Pierguidi is slow at turn six!

01:53- He is slowly progressing, now slow at turn 12.

01:54- And now at turn 15. Sarrazin has already passed him and is back in the lead. Pierguidi is in with a puncture.

01:57- We have a third safety car period here at Spa. Reason yet unknown.

01:58-(SC) The AF Corse Ferrari 51 is in the wall at Blanchimont.
