Im hoping RML will take it, bt i think team essex will have the best pace…maybe GOH, but they dont have experience in the car

Acura needs to get back to P2, because they mop this group without a problem. To my mind, the best racing is going to happen in P1 (Audi R15/Porsche/Pescarolo) and GT2 (Flying Lizard/Risi Competizione/European Porsches). Everything else will be a sideshow.

A Porsche RS Spyder will take LMP2 honors again. My question is whether the Goh or Essex teams can match or even exceed Van Merekensteijn’s 10th place overall result from last year.

Lola’s sole focus is on the coupe now, but based on ALMS and LMS results the car seems a step slow still, add to that I’m not convinced the Mazda engine has the reliability to make it the distance.

Could be a chance based on that for one of the Zytek’s to steal the final step on the class podium based on that.

Well…some of the Zytek drivers. Each car has at least one pro driver, and the Quifel team has 2 of them.

The question mark is the Mazda powered cars.

Zytek engines had the podium locked out in 2007. The only thing is that the Zytek drivers are rich folks just enjoying a hobby.

The lolas have evolved. the RS Spyder is basically a 2 year old chassis. No development since 2008 and they have the engines the ALMS teams had in 2007 with smaller restrictors and smaller wings.

I pretty much agree with the crew here, its the Spyders to loose but the Lolas will be quick, very quick. The question mark is the Zyteks actually…
