Don't know why. Just like Westbrook has been dropped as an official Porsche driver. Two very good GT-drivers who were sacked, even they proved to be very competitive. Searching for a drive, Biagi has been asked to bring in sponsorship. In his case, he couldn't find enough money, that's why he took the Matech-offer. Fortunately, he can go for victory from now on ( i suppose that Luc Alphand didn't need a big amount of money ). He is listed on the OAK P2 car for this years LM and maybe because of that LAA opted to kick him out alltogether. They invested a lot in him last year with the Formula Renault (if im correct) and he still wanted to leave the team... He was Ferrari/Maserati guy. But I guess when you win races and championships, and another team makes an that offer, and lots of it $$$. It's hard to say no....
