As a McNish, AMR and avid British fan of all things on four wheels CONGRATULATIONS must go to Peugeot. Not only for that eventual win but also for the fantastic looking 908 - are you listening AUDI?! As predicted in an earlier Email before the race, their time would be now, so well done. However, and like Tonio31 says in his text, this is nothing to take away from our friends over the channel, but the way they approached it venting their views on Audi's 'legality' before the race had even begun will, for me, leave a bad taste in the mouth for some time to come...

Congratulations Peugeot. As a fan of Aston Martin, Tom Kristensen and Alan McNish I can't pretend I'm pleased with the result but your team and drivers did an excellent job which deserves recognition. Well done, but watch out next year!

I would have love to see what would happened if Audi had sufficient testing with the R15 on Circuit de la Sarthe. Of course this is nothing to take away from Peugeot's victory, especially the number 9 car which ran the perfect race. I don't recall that car having any problems through out the entire race.
