Check the stats on the corvette. The engine barely does any work in 6th gear. I’m not making it up. And the Corvette is less maintenance. I don’t own any of those cars but I would know.

Saying that a 6L V8 has ‘outstanding fuelmilage’ is like saying Liz Taylor allways was a reeeally faithfull wife. You really crack me up. Only an american could state this

Again we’re dealing here with someone who’s never actually owned a Porsche or driven one for a subtantual time,otherwise one wouldn’t be as silly to say that a Porsche would need a major engine overhaul after just a couple of thousand miles… You probably mean Ferrari.

The dodge is a caveman’s car. The side exhaust pipes can burn you, and in the summer time the A/C is barely enough to ward off the engine’s heat. It’s just an unrefined beast compared to the porsche, ferrari, and corvettes.

There’s no 21rst century tech in that car. People don’t spend 100,000 to look like brutes while with their trophy girlfriend or wife.

I still miss the Penske RS Spyders. I remember meeting Romain Dumas and Timo Bernhard after they came 4th in Detroit (belle isle) in 2008. Romain got excited after I said they still had petit lemans to claim the title. Timo was rather quiet, maybe because I was more of a fan of Dumas.

no really they do build fascinating cars from a drivers standpoint,just try out the new 997 turbo facelift ,it damn
sure is a hell of a roadcar and still you can drive it like
golf to work …
if this is technically really a fascinating object ,under the skin …well compared to the red ones ,sure.
