That’s right Kevin Doran built the car and Doran enterprises must have helped with tech and engine support.

Through their Ford connection Doran enterprises had Ford help with the ECUs on the car.

@ bamba: You mean Doran. And I don’t know how they didn’t win the Founder’s Cup. Are they actually supported somehow that takes them out of contention?

Actually the Founder’s Cup is awarded to the top non-pro driver which Feinberg did win. The IMSA cup is awarded to the top non-factory team which has become a joke in GT2 in the past couple of years considering the the Lizards, Risi and Rahal are all eligible.

I thought Robertson racing was the best non factory supported team…but I guess they do get some strong support from Riley technologies (from daytona prototypes fame), while primetime is doing it all alone.
