Total 24 Hours of Spa: July 27th Update

Just a few days before the Total 24 Hours of Spa Gravity International and Trackspeed have finalized their drivers. Only a few seats remain for the 63rd running of the Belgian classic event.

First of all Tim Bergmeister will join David Ashburn, Carl Rosenblad and Sebastian Asch in the number 7 Trackspeed Porsche 997 GT3 RSR. The German, who raced for Trackspeed before this season in the FIA GT3 European Championship, is set to fight his brother in the BMS Scuderia Italia Porsche 997 GT3 RSR.

In the GTN class the Gravity International Mosler will have Italian Diego Alessi and Dutchman Ron Marchal joining the already confirmed Vincent Radermecker and Romain Grosjean.

Just one day before the parade in the centre of Spa most of the available seats have been taken up. The participation of Argo Racing (Lamborghini GT3), EBRT/ Level Racing (Porsche GTN) and Speed Lover (Porsche GT4) is in doubt as those three teams have either no drivers signed up yet or just one confirmed driver.

UPDATE
EBRT / Level Racing will be there. Philip Broodcoren, René Marin, Christoff Corten from Belgium and Bruno Barbaro from Italy will drive the car.

  1. Is it really that hard to fill drivers seats for a big race like this?

  2. How come the main SPA24 Website has done away with the English translation version this year? Odd.
