In a rather unsurprising move KSM has withdrawn their entry for the 1000 KM of the Hungaroring this weekend. After a non-show in Portimao the German team today confirmed it will not be racing their Lola Judd in Hungary.
Hardy Schiller: “Most regrettably we have to cancel our start in Hungary. The reason is that 2 of our regular drivers are not available for this date. We tried until the very last moment to go there, that’s why this cancellation comes late.”
The team did announce they are now preparing for the end-of-season event in Silverstone, but given the fact that they also said this about the Hungaroring it remains to be seen if they will be racing on the Northamptonshire circuit next month.
