mcnish-asi2013Sliding into first place for events this year is Autosport International 2013, kicking off the new motorsport season in style on 12-13 January at the Birmingham NEC! This show is not to be missed, so Planetlemans and Dailysportscar are offering five lucky people the chance to win a pair of tickets!

Encompassing every aspect of motorsport under one roof, the show brings you both fast cars and high profile stars. Five-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Derek Bell and two-time winner Allan McNish will be taking their places on the Autosport Stage to relay their thrilling racing experiences and answer fans questions. Alongside these supercar legends, celebrities across a range of motorsport disciplines will be present, including three-time F1 champion Sir Jackie Stewart, current Formula One ace Paul Di Resta and departing BBC F1 anchor Jake Humphrey.

A show within a show, The Performance Car Show: Powered by is revving to go and will feature an impressive display of supercars, performance cars and endurance racers, such as the 700bhp V12 Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari 458 Spider, the unique Morgan 3 Wheeler, 5.5-litre V8 Mercedes CLK 63 AMG Black and the 200bhp Subaru BRZ.

Alongside the stars and supercars, Autosport International brings you the latest and greatest from the world of motorsport, giving you the chance to get up close and personal with both classic and contemporary machinery.

The F1 Racing Grid will be showcasing a range of the 2012 Grand Prix line-up including Red Bull’s championship-winning RB8 and Ferrari’s title-challenger, the F2012. Visitors can get an adrenaline fix in the Live Action Arena, by witnessing a display of white-knuckle demonstrations and record-breaking stunts. You can also experience the racing thrill for yourself, with Caterham passenger rides and karting challenges on offer.
