Greaves Motorsport and Caterham Motorsport unveil Le Mans livery

470_caterham_greavesGreaves Motorsport and their new partner, Caterham Motorsport, revealed their new livery for the #41 Nissan powered Zytek LM P2 prototype yesterday. The car is now in the Caterham Motorsport corporate colours of green and yellow, reflecting the extent of the new partnership with Caterham Technology.

The start of the new partnership coincides with a significant anniversary for Greaves Motorsport who will starting their 50th international endurance race run to ACO rules. Le Mans Series Champions in 2011, the team has scored 11 podium finishes, with four wins, including victory at the 2011 Le Mans 24 Hours.

Following the successful shake down systems test, the team will head to France to run in the Official Le Mans Test day next Sunday, with the actual race starting at 15.00 CET on Saturday 22nd June.

Leading the driver line up will be the team’s regular professional, Tom Kimber-Smith, already a three time class winner at La Sarthe. Tom will joined by Eric Lux, who grabbed a podium finish on his debut for the team at the Sebring 12 Hours back in March. Completing the line up will be Caterham F1 Team Reserve Driver and Caterham Racing GP2 driver Alexander Rossi.
