After a three-week break in the schedule, the American Le Mans Series returns to racing action this weekend with the Larry H. Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix presented by the Grand & Little America Hotels. A frustrating Spa 1000km round of the Le Mans Series saw the Team Modena Aston Modena DBR9 record a podium finish in third place after more than five hours of intense racing, but the race had promised more, the car suffering an electrical problem when leading the class early in the race. Strakka Racing Drivers join Vitaphone Racing at Le Mans
Strakka Racing’s Peter Hardman and Nick Leventis will co-drive an Aston Martin DBR9 GT1 with Vitaphone Racing in next month’s Le Mans 24 Hours.
