The first official American Le Mans Series Test Session took place on Wednesday afternoon. Twenty-eight cars went out for practice. The predicted rain for Wednesday did fall, albeit very light rain early in the morning. Bouchut, Tucker and Rodrigues join Kolles

The final practice session on Tuesday afternoon was again a one-hour session interrupted several times by a red flag. The loss of track time meant most teams were out on the track at the same time, leaving no room for error.
