Karl Wendlinger was quickest in the Pre-Qualifying session on a warm Oschersleben circuit. Despite some black clouds around the track the sun was shining bright and the temperatures went up as the session got underway. After being under investigation since the Adria round the FIA today confirmed that all three Porsches entered in the FIA GT Championship round at Adria were excluded from the results. A homologation issue meant that the Trackspeed Porsche number 59 and the Prospeed Competition Porsches numbers 60 and 61 were found to be ‘illegal’ and therefore excluded.[…]
