BMW quickest in first Free Practice at Zolder

The second round of the 2012 FIA GT1 World Championship got underway in Zolder with the First Free practice, in sunny conditions and a dry track.
The No.18 Vita4One BMW of Yelmer Buurman and Michael Bartels set the fastest time 1:31.376. The two AF Corse Ferrari cars were second and third, with the No.37 nr ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport Mercedes fourth. [...]

Having won the first race on Sunday Laurens Vanthoor and Stephane Ortelli also won the second race of the FIA GT1 World Championship.
