Grey skies continue over Le Mans and even if it has stopped raining the track cannot be considered dry at the moment. Audi is still in command but Peugeot is putting everything on the table to win this one. In LMP2 the Dutch Porsche RS Spyder of van Merksteijn is still in the lead while the 009 Aston is now a bit further ahead from the Corvettes. We have really left the darkness behind us and are back in daylight. It is however still very wet so anything can happen. Audi is currently showing they are the best in wet conditions, but Peugeot is not far behind. Time to get back to the action as we still have a long way to go.[…]
As the track is becoming wet things are mixing up at Le Mans. As usual nothing is predictable here and the weather is starting to play a fundamental role in the definition of the race.
